Payment Terms

1. Acceptance of Payment Terms

By purchasing a subscription, credit package, or any paid service offered by SynthPanel ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any purchase.

2. Pricing and Billing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. SynthPanel reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 14 days in advance and will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Credit packages are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

3. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. SynthPanel does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any purchases, including but not limited to:

• Monthly or annual subscription fees, whether used in full or in part;
• Credit packages, regardless of whether the credits have been consumed;
• Fees for any simulation runs, report generations, or AI-powered module usage;
• Charges incurred during a free trial period that converted to a paid plan;
• Unused portions of a billing period following a mid-cycle cancellation.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of the reason for the request, including dissatisfaction with results, accidental purchases, or changes in business circumstances. We strongly encourage all users to evaluate the platform using the free tier before upgrading to a paid plan.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already charged. Credits remaining in your account at the time of cancellation will be forfeited and are non-transferable.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. SynthPanel does not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. By providing your payment information, you authorise SynthPanel to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on the schedule described herein.

6. Failed Payments and Account Suspension

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge up to three times over a seven-day period. If payment is not successfully collected within this period, your subscription may be downgraded to the free tier or suspended. Access to paid features will be restored upon successful payment.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date. SynthPanel is not liable for any data loss or service interruption resulting from account suspension due to non-payment.

7. Credits and Usage Limits

Platform credits are consumed each time you run a simulation, generate a report, or use an AI-powered module. Credit costs are displayed before each operation. Credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of the billing period in which they were issued, unless otherwise stated in your plan description.

SynthPanel reserves the right to adjust credit costs for individual operations to reflect changes in underlying AI infrastructure costs. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

8. Taxes

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by any governmental authority. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your purchase. Where required by law, SynthPanel may collect and remit applicable taxes on your behalf.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will investigate and respond within five business days.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting SynthPanel may result in immediate suspension of your account. Accounts subject to fraudulent chargeback activity may be permanently banned from the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

SynthPanel reserves the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
